You as a customer can cancel your order till the order has been shipped by calling our customer service and not more than 24 hours after placing the order. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order and same will be transferred to your bank account in 5-7 working days once we process your refund. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
In case you are dissatisfied with your order/particular product, do let us know the reason. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our unit. In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your order can be cancelled before it dispatched. If your order is cancelled after it is dispatched, then return shipping charge and restocking fee of 35% of product cost will be applicable. Estimated Delivery Time is the approximate 1 – 2 days to deliver the Food items to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, Aayees.com shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
